Acceptance and intended audience

Choosing Agree and continue in the game accepts these Terms. Reading a legal document or navigating back does not accept them. Block Tower is intended for teens and adults. Obtain a parent or legal guardian's authorization for purchases where required.

The Privacy Policy explains data handling and the available controls. Accepting these Terms does not replace any separate permission required by law.

Use of the game and ownership

You may use the game for personal entertainment. Its branding, software, artwork, audio and levels belong to Joojik Studio or their licensors. Unauthorized commercial redistribution, payment fraud and cheating or interference that harms the game, its services or other people are not permitted. This does not restrict rights that applicable law preserves for you.

Optional purchases and virtual items

Purchases are optional. The selected store displays the final price and currency before you confirm payment. Coins and virtual items are for use in the game, with no guaranteed cash redemption or transfer.

Consumed items generally cannot be restored. Restoration of eligible purchases, such as the lifetime no-ads entitlement, depends on the matching store account, purchase records and verification.

Payments and refunds

The store processes payments and refund requests under its rules and applicable consumer rights. For a purchase problem or refund request, use the relevant store's support process and contact us if needed. The order ID and store name can help us investigate; do not send card details or payment passwords. These Terms do not remove statutory refund rights.

Advertising and optional analytics

The game may show ads; rewarded ads are optional. The Privacy Policy explains advertising data processing, personalization and the effect of the no-ads purchase.

Where enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase measures general game use to help us improve the game. Collection defaults on after acceptance of the Terms and can be turned off using Analytics (آمار بازی) in Settings without limiting play. This control is separate from advertising; see the Privacy Policy for details.

Updates and local progress

We may update the game to fix problems or change or add content. No schedule or number of future levels is guaranteed.

There is no game account or cloud progress service. Progress is stored on your device. Uninstalling, clearing app data, corruption or changing devices may lose progress and consumed items. Recovery of all data is not guaranteed. These limitations do not exclude responsibilities or rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Changes and contact

Current Terms and the Privacy Policy are accessible through Settings, About Us in the game. We will give appropriate notice of material changes and seek fresh permission where required. Contact Joojik Studio at joojik.studio@gmail.com.
